ATTENTION: If you place an order with us and we are given the incorrect address and your package is sent back - we will give you two options;

1.) Pay for the additional shipping fee and give us the correct address so we can ship the package again.

2.) We will refund you the cost of your purchase minus the shipping fee if we are given the incorrect address.

 
I work closely with my customers to please them. If they receive a damaged box due to mishandling by the USPS, I make sure they get a replacement. However if we are given an incorrect address via PayPal then the customer should reach out to PayPal to file a complaint. Thank you!
